Carolina Blue Hosta
Carolina Blue is a hybrid of H. Halcyon and H. Riptide. It grows into a medium-sized mound of light blue rounded leaves that hold their color through most of the season, even in warmer climates. Pale purple flowers shoot up in mid summer. Tolerates morning sun very well. Seeds are viable, too. Blue hostas will appear green when exposed to more sun. Dappled morning sun is the best site to keep its blue color. All hostas are shipped bare root unless otherwise agreed.
